To be eligible for our repair service, you are required to have:
From major cities to the rugged outback, we’re your go-to partner for all things data and drones. Our team works where you work, combining national reach with local knowledge to deliver seamless support, no matter how remote your operation. Wherever you are in Australia, we’re already there.
Most drone repairs are done within 7 business days. But if your drone needs extra parts or extensive repairs, it could take up to 4 weeks.
The $150 assessment fee (GST included) covers safe delivery and a detailed review of your drone. This includes:
- Overnight shipping to and from our repair centre
- Initial inspection
- Asset registration and case setup
- Repair quote preparation
If you go ahead with repairs, $50 of the fee goes towards the repair cost.
Repair costs are based on your drone model, the damage, labour, and any parts needed. We’ll give you a quote after the initial assessment.
When dropping off or shipping your drone, make sure to include:
- The drone (with the latest firmware installed)
- Its remote controller
- Batteries (only healthy ones—no damaged ones, please)
Keep any extra accessories like memory cards unless we ask for them.
Up-to-date firmware avoids performance issues that could slow down our assessment and repair process. You can update your drone through the manufacturer’s app, or contact us if you need help.
If repairs aren’t possible or you decide not to proceed with the quote, we’ll send your drone back in the same condition it arrived.
It sure does. Warranty lengths vary depending on the manufacturer. Contact us for details.
Thanks! Your repair request is in, and our team will be in touch soon to guide you through the next steps.
