We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and maintain the structural and mechanical components of our HubX systems, working to the high-performance standards required for advanced drone technology.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in the quality of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, precision-focused production environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, playing a key part in bringing cutting-edge technology to life on the workshop floor.
You are an experienced tradesperson with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing work that meets exacting specifications. You are comfortable working from technical drawings, can operate welding equipment to a high standard, and bring a calm, methodical approach to every job.
You understand the importance of both quality and deadlines, and you work well as part of a team. Whether you come from a manufacturing, structural, or aerospace background, what sets you apart is your skill, your reliability, and your drive to keep improving.
